Environmental justice and electromagnetic fields exposure from transmission line Sul–Bandeirantes in Itaim Bibi and Campo Belo districts, Sao Paulo city – Brazil
Abstract
Studies on Environmental Justice suggest that the Socioeconomic Situation (SES) has an essential role on population exposure to specific environmental risks, stimulating discussions among different segments of society on unequal distribution of these risks. Science and Public Power may be benefited from research that integrates the practical theory and questions involving the environmental exposure and social exclusion and get greater understanding about this subject.
