The work projects: an attempt of application in thematic cartography
Abstract
The approximation between teaching at college level and a specific area : like Geography : results in valuable actions towards an innovative kind of university lectures. This paper is an outcome from searching new methodological possibilities to teach in the Geography undergraduate course. The use of projects in the study of research methodology has motivated an attempt of application in teaching Thematic Cartography course contents. The activities developed during the elaboration of a thematic project have produced significant results on learning. In addition, cartography documents produced turned out to be fundamental graphic data for the treatment of the underlined problem. Key words: Teaching. Work projects. Thematic cartography.
