The present article aims to discuss the public politics to education, emphasizing, in this broader context, the current situation of the Pedagogy courses. This is done studying the main government actions to reformulate the roles to be assumed by the State and by the superior education. That perspective requires an incursion through the imposed proposals by the World Bank and its reflexes in the official effort to reform the State Apparatus started by the Ministry of Administration and Reform of the State (MARE). The analysis of that legal skeleton will be referenced in the documents of the MARE as well as in those ones elaborated by the Ministry of Education, aiming the comparison between the rules proposed by them with the express determination in the LDB and in the complementary legislation.Downloads
