This article discusses a bibliographic review on the different pedagogical theories and their relations with the make teaching. Introduce the counterpoint between the traditional school, be the basis in virtual models and the study of human history’ classics, and the new school, which defends the idea of centrality in student activity and methods and programs based on the experience of the child. Adopts the theoretical referential: Saviani (2008), Snyders (1974), Gramsci (1991), Luzuriaga (1961), block (1951), Fernando Hernandez (1998), Ball (1994) and Gauthier (1998), among others. Proposes a reflection on the school as main ploy the education of human communities; yet, on the knowledge required for the teaching professionalization. Think the pedagogies taken by the Education Bureau of the São Paulo’ State, in recent decades, including the new official curriculum, and the influences of the State and the market in teaching practice.Downloads
