A NOVA DIMENSÃO DOS TERRITÓRIOS: COMPETITIVIDADE E ARRANJOS PRODUTIVOS LOCAIS (APL)

Abstract

This paper, based in a theory review, discuss the relation between territory and competitiveness, considering that actually factories success are related with specific elements of regions and locates where it are inserts. In this context, the Local Productive Arrangement (APL) notion put itself how exchange instrument between the found out competitiveness and the territory base of economic activities. Then, proposed in text a methodology for study of “territorial competitiveness”, approaching the regions competition strategies for use the specific resources of territory.
