Urban Interactive Atlas: implementation and delivery through the WWW of a prototype for Presidente Prudente, SP

Abstract

This paper reports the process of implementation of an Urban Interactive Atlas for a study area in Presidente Prudente, SP. This product, developed with the support of Sisgraph Ltda and Engemap - Engineering and Mapping Ltda, employing the GeoMedia Technology from Intergraph Corporation, aimed at making available resources that allow the user to carry out some queries, to produce thematic maps and to cross information via WWW, presenting information in a fast and dynamic way allowing the user to have a greater interactivity.
