The implantation of shopping-centers in a medium city: the case of Rio Claro (SP).
Abstract
This article presents a reflection on a study accomplished by the author, in 1993, seeking to observe the changes happened on those last 16 years, period this that understands from the phase of the first studies for the implantation of a shopping center in Rio Claro (SP), until the current situation in that the same is. The objective is to demonstrate, in the changes happened in the analyzed enterprises, that the presented hypotheses were proven. And that factors as viability study, access, lease, tenant mix, turn over and primordial healthy maturation period for the success of an enterprise of great load as a shopping center.
