UTILIZAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO GEOGRÁFICA EM AVALIAÇÕES DE ALUGUÉIS DE IMÓVEIS.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present a solution to the problem of urban area avaliation. In a study of imobiliary value are used with pilot, one subdivision of Curitiba, Parana State, where the prices of house’s rent of apartments placed in the region can be obtained by statistical analyzes among values from another proprieties offered in the open market. We used the cartographic base of IPPUC (Curitiba´s Institute of Research and Urban Development). One routine in Visual Basic Language for the Arc View, that use the coefficients of polynomial obtained in the statistical analyses of date that results in values of rent are developed in the work. The results offer the possibility of the spatial analyses of the values of rent.
