The prevalence of obesity in childhood and adolescence is a concern in public health area for promoting misdeed to life quality. In this situation, the physical and sporting activity become even more important to the healthy of those youngsters. However, it requires special care when it’s administered in obese children and adolescents, once they are more susceptible to overload in the musculskeletal system and, consequently, to osteomyoarticular injuries. This way, this revision aims to approach the posture deviations in an obese child and adolescent and the possible relationship with the injuries in the physical and sporting activities.Downloads
