The present study was about a videographic analysis of workers activity during their daily work routine, with the objective to elaborate an exercise program to improve their physical health, and well being. The video was performed at all sections of an industry in the city of Rio Claro. It was concluded that the programs to be proposed should be diversified for each section once the activities are different from each other. Therefore, it was recommended a general conditioning program with physical activities including aerobics, strenght, stretching, and flexibility exercises, although in some cases it was recommended only aerobic activities plus relaxation exercises.Downloads
